  • Ohio / N. Ky - SCAPER S2K?

Scaper S2k and others in the area.

Does anyone know the story of GROUNDMASTERS?

Who owns them, are they anywhere else in the country, etc.

They certainly have the majority of commercial contracts in this area. They seem to be the model of professional crews both in selling and in work.

    Has anyone seen their weekness?

Just Curious b/c i am having trouble obtaining decent commercial work in the are because of them.

      Not sure

I wouldn't be your guy to answer that because I am out in Mt. Orab area. However, whenever I go inside 275 I see them. They certainly seem to be successful, nice stuff and all, but the employees I ran into left MUCH to be desired.

I don't know who actually own's them I would imagine at this point there's probley some stock owner ship. There a major company, there's no doubt about it but they all have there weakness, as far as what who knows you would probley have to be an insider to know that. To me there no different then any other company out there to bid against. Just remember, I know when I go out to purchase something it's not all about name brand.

I know that most of the larger home developments just eat them up like candy when it comes to common areas.
