  • How this for pricing?

This is for a chruch. I already service one of the larger churches in town now I have opprotunity to bid this one.

Here is the specs. 135,935 sqft. or approx 3.1 Acres the property has a small grave yard about 34,068 sqft on the property. It is included in the total sqft above. I bid the property at 210.00 per week.

I am no proffesional on this by any means, but how long do you think it would take? Then figure it per hour. That figure seems a little high to me, but it probably is about average.

I think you are too high for that size church i to have a church with about the same sq ft and i get 160.00 a week No tax charged. But i dont know how much weed eating your doing either if you can justify the price and the congregation is good with it then go for the 210.00. but it still seems high to me!

i do a house that is about that size with 2 62inch toro zmaster and trim around his pond. it takes two of my guys 45 mins and i charge him 80$ i try to keep it around 35$ a man hour so on this job it is pretty good! but!! its not filled with trees ornothing pretty wide open. now if i was going to do this same job with 2 44 inch walkbehinds it would be more money! Fact! do it for what you think it is worth nd dont second geuss youreself!

Well after looking at cemetaries today how much cutting and weeding is involved there. That maybe where the justification is just depends on how many grave markers and so on I would think

I would have to agree with ground werks. The cemetary may be where your price of 210.00 is worth it. I have two cemetarys and they take a whole lot longer than a normal yard does as you would guess.
