Controlling the grubs is just a way to sell an expensive treatment. Moles are there all the time, so what do they eat when there are no grubs in the soil? LThere are LOTS & LOTS of other old wives tales, which have no basis in fact. Actual researchers guidelines are more realistic than a bunch of personal ideas.Comment

In redneck country, the best way to eliminate moles is a .22 rifle, a cooler full of Keystone Light and a lawn chair!

Try Dylox. Wont get rid of the moles, but will get ride of their food source. ONe bag covers about 10,000 sq. ft. Ok to put in beds as well, wont hurt plant material.

Why not install a few of those really ceeeeeeeute pinwheels? The moles hate the vibrations they generate. There are all different kinds... daisy shaped pinwheels, some that look like road runner. Get rid of the moles and add beauty to the lawn!
