How to aerate, charge?

Well, I not sure as to how you guys charge for aerating?

How much would you charge for a 1000 sq feet property?

What is the correct procedure for aerating?
1) mow
2) aerate
3) leave the plugs up in the grass / take the plugs away
4) water

aerating is good in spring or fall i stay away from summer time,i liek to do it when im gonna put my first fert step down or the late falls step(the step befor ei winterize) leave the plugs on the ground way to much time to pick up not worth it. I ussally charge 40-70 bucks a lawn for aerating ill line up like 10 in a day and rent an aerater for liek 50 bucks for 8 hours i walk away with a really good profit

i charge $12 per 1000 sq feet if its over a acre i give em a price break hope that help

Plugs

I used to have mine done they charged me 60$ and the yards pretty small I can mow it in like 20 mins or less and they leave the plugs but the plugs disappear after a cpl weeks espcially if u get much rain or water regularly

i also have a $ 75 min charge for anything under 6000 sq feet
