  • Hedge Trimmin

OK Cust wants an estimate to trim 180 linear ft of viburnum hedges. Basically shear the top, sides, fronts and backs. The hedges are 4 ft high

I cam up with an estimate of 3 hours. Does that sound right to you?

    Thanks

3 hours seems like it would take too long. And I can't imagine the customer paying $180 per cut on this. I am going to try it on my hedges and see.

Just wondering how fast you guys go on a 4' high hedge, that can be sheared.

    Thanks

What are you trimming them with?

3 hrs, that's 1 foot per min. To trim, pickup and haul away. I bet it takes at least 5 hours, probably more.

I think you can do it in three hours. I would probably add a disposal fee to the estimate, but I think you'll have it knocked out in three.

Trim It then go over the trimming with a mower with mulch kit and presto It's gone
