Yes and no
Well depends on your equip, how far apart they are how big they are and how much time it takes to do each but its resanable with average size yards I think the trouble u will get into is working and trying to sell your business
if u can get all things in place beofre u start yes
but I think and only my opinion is that u would actuall make more money with someone helping u

At any given time last season I had 40 accounts I was working on solo. I chose to work about a 40 hour week, but spent a lot of the time driving between jobs. If i had 40-50 accounts within a 5 mile radius (very likely around here) it would be no problem. However, time for landscaping and selling tends to go on the back burner.

You did not say if this is a full time or part time endeavor for you. Last year I was doing 44 yards by myself while maintaining a full time job with the fire department. The shift I work allows me time to pursue a good part time job. Occasionally I did hire a weedeater man ( maybe 7 days all year) but I pretty much did it myself. If I worked a regular 9 - 5 job it would probably max me out at around 15. For the record, except for a handful, most of my yards are in the 30 - 40 minute range for one man using a 48 inch Exmark Laser with an Echo and Shindaiwa trimmer and Stihl backpack blower.

Ther are a lot of variables that have an impact on this. Size of lawns, work to be done on each lawn, how close lawns are together, equipment etc. It also depends on if you are doing it full time or part time.
I work full time (midshift midnight to 8 am). I can usually be on my first lawn at about 9-9:30 and mow til 2:30-4:00pm normally. My lawns vary in size from just a small front yard to 2-3 acres and several commercials that are a little bigger. I have several where there are 2 to 3 that are next door to each other and some that aren't. So I have a variety. I can usually do about 5-8 a day on an average myself in that time frame. I have done as many as 12.
This is using a 54" ZTR, 21" push mower, string trimmer, edger and backpack blower.Wayne
