parking lot cleaning svc.

I am submitting a proposal, and the property manager wants me to include a "parking lot cleaning service" as part of the landscaping package. The previous contractors are doing it also. What kind of equipment can be used? Blowers, some type of Vac system? The lots range in size.

If it's something like a 20 car or less size lot you can get by with a b/p. If it's larger I'd look into a push blower by Little Wonder or a Billy Goat with a honda motor. They'll run you in the neighborhood of $800-$1500
