I offer that service to apartment complexes that I bid on, just to give me a little edge over the comp. In and out in 4hrs for average 1-2 bedroom apartment with 2 people $300-500 depending on actual size of apartment.

I have done this before, good $$$$ in it. One I did last fall involved a huge amount of clean-up, many days. Had to have 3 -30 yd roll-off containers, what a clean-out that was. Made good $$$, will have to do more of that .
