Labor Charges

How do you price a Pressure Washing jobs, hedges and other jobs that are mostly labor w/no equipment envolved, by the hour if so how much.

Labor without equipment would be hand-weeding I guess??? My price would be anywhere from $25 man/hr to $35man/hr depending on the scope of work to be performed.

I price the same as kutnkru. Usually closer to the $35 per man hour.

I always charge $40 per hour for pressure washing jobs. And I charged a minimum of $80 per house.

All those jobs mentioned have equipment involved. Still, $35-$40 an hour is reasonble for any labor. Snow removal is around $100 an hour.

For hedges and clean-ups I charge $35.00 per man hour. We can only get about $60.00 an hour for snow removal here because there are so many construction companies that do snow removal also.
