A friend of mines dad offered me a job today working for his landscaping company AND IT IS A HUGE company ,i mena he said i can work liek 2 or 3 days a week cause of my business but im not huge yet and i can handle my stuff in 4 daYS but i dunno i feel liek im sellign out to everything ive always wanted i feel liek if i go to another comapny im givcing it all up but one thing thta is good he is all commerical hes really big so any advice would be good

Could be a conflict of intrest. Any jobs that you pick up while working for him, do you get to keep? It would be nice to have the steady income from established company, but how would you establish your own company working for someone else? What does he want you to do? If he want you to use your own equipment while working for him, no way.

a lot of questions you need answers for before you jump into something like this.
Do you WANT to work for someone else?
Where will you start with his company?
Where can you GO with his company?
Is your future position and future income limited with his company?
Is his company the type of company you would be proud to work for and help grow?
How can you grow YOUR company if all your spare time is spent with his?
Do you REALLY have the drive to make your company a success?
If you work for his company, can you sell yours? If not, what kind of conflicts will there be while you work for him and operate yours?
A ton more questions, but you need to think it out carefully and ASK him a TON of questions. You need to know where that company is at and more importantly, where it is going. Do they landscape? Irrigation? Hardscapes? Do they have the desire to grow into those areas? Where can YOU go in the company? What kind of salary, benifits, profit sharing, etc. is in it for YOU? Where can you go in the company?
