When we are talking bidding commercial and so on I assume that these are year long contracts or big jobs and most posts have only touched on commercial jobs or residential jobs. So where does every place things like small business like a doctor office that just wants say a muclhing job done or even a mowing contract I would myself assume to just make it basically like a residential one?? is that true or is it considered something else or does it even matter>??

Also how do u guys advertise to these type business just go and talk to the manager and give him your card and info??? like restraunts and fast food and things that are all along the road in the business districts???

We do a Dr. office that came in with a couple of other jobs. We treat them like residential. This one is 9yds of mulch, pick up trash, blow parking lot and cut a small strip of grass in front. Do the whole thing in 25-30 min. I gave them a agreement and they do a year long agreement but they would not commit to signing the paper work. So far I have been payed every time I walk in the door.

Send a intro letter to the property/grounds/business mananger of these offices, then in about a week follow up with a visit.
