I found out yesterday the newspaper in my town has very reasonable rates for inserts in the paper. Prices are dependant on colors ( b & w or mulitcolor) and amount of inserts. I can pick zip codes for them to be distributed in to help taget certain customers without going 90 miles round trip. I'm trying to stay local.

WOW they really cost that much, sounds like you have ca$h to burn, I'd go for it. Let us know how much it helps! You could treat yourself to something nice. Could take your family on a vaction, or maybe special date with your wife. That'd be way cool. I look forward to doing that w/my sweethear someday when I'm rolling in it; gotta get married first though!! My dad does that once a month.

here's my problem with the news paper, I do a small classified from time to time, But the big ads a alot, i will check into it, but if i remember correctly, i would not be able to do more then 2-3 adds. it was my impression that quanity is the key. I also did not want to put all my eggs in one basket. We still could get snow here, and my luck we would get 7 inchs the day the add ran. So far here are my thoughts, Flyers, signs on street corners, a monthly coupon book. i have thought about radio, but i need some other ideas to bat around .
