1. This Person may only Win this Prize Once a Year!
2. If there is a Tie, well I will Figure that out When it Comes! LOL
3. If this Person has Won a Pricebreakusa Membership in the Last Year, they win Nothing!
4. Then the Next person with the Most Post Total will Win The Free Pricebreakusa Membership!
5. Also no Cheating with Post to run the Numbers up Either, Like Tiny Post or Uninformative Post! Get the Picture!
6. If you win the Monthly Contest & you Have Purchased a Membership in the Last Year or Do not wish to use a Pricebreakusa Membership, You can Give it to another Registered Member of your Choice as long as they have not won 1 in the Last Year? Fair Enough! You Bet!
Example: If the Top 3 Posters have all won a Free Pricebreakusa Membership in the Last Year it will Go to the 4th Highest Poster. Get the Picture!
