I use a hand held grinder to sharpen my blades. Was just wandering how others sharpen blades with a hand held. Do ya'll just grind the top like it was from the factory?

Last several times I've sharped from the bottom as well.

I try to sharpen them the same as OEM.

I use a hand held grinder also and try to keep the blade sharpened like it came new.

            Blade Sharpening

I'm trying to use an angle grinder to sharpen my lawnmower blades. For thise of you who are doing this, do you use a metal cutting wheel or a sanding type wheel on the blade? Also, does it matter if the grinder wheel grinds towards or away from the sharp edge of the blade? Any feedback would be appreciated.
