  • Contracts?

Thanks for all the help so far, As some of you know this is a first to me (starting a lawn care business) Im doodling around on the computer trying to come up with ideas for Fliers and then the dreded contact. Im thinking of giving an incentive like if the client refers anouther client giving then one cut free or something like that. Im not sure even how to charge people. If anyone can help out Im all ears or should I say eyes. Im in indiana and I only want to start out with residentials and see how it goes from there.

I would really appriciate if someone had a copy of a contract so I could get some examples that would be great. I hope to hear from you guys soon, youve been a great help so far and its much appriciated! JOhn.

Offering incentives to customers always works. I give a customer 1 free basic service for a referal, but the referal must be a monthly customer not just a one time deal. I also offer a certain number of free basic service a customer by signing a yearly contract. This is only for residentail though. Word of mouth is your Best advertisment so be sure to thank your customer, and what better way to thank them by saving them a couple of dollars.
