without seeing the property i can only guess. your price on the mowing seems corect your fertilizing seems very cheap how much are you paying for you chemical. i would charge about 380.00 per application. as far as your hedges i could charge around 400.00 per trimming. if you are doing them twice a year then 800.00 wich comes to $6360.00 for the year. Sounds like you are in there. i would take that 6100.00 you want to bid and divide it by 12 (508.33) and let them pay you ove 12 months have some money in the winter. i have set up my larger accounts that way this year and will make 5,000.00 per month next winter without working. plan ahead, the winter can be tough. Good luck.

i agree with dan, i would also spread it over a 12 month period, it is nice to generate income through the winter even when youre not as hard at it as in spring.

Fhttp://www.lawnservicing.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=10 thats on the forum page there is a good examples of bids etc.. I would price the small bushes $1-$2 per and the big ones $3-$5 and estimate 1-2 trims a month for 7 months, the other sound good maybe alittle high on the mowing itemize it all and total it and divide by 12 months. Check out the free stuff on the forum page!!
