    First thing, please refrain caps use, gm.

    I have used Shindaiwa, Sthil and Redmax...

    Redmax makes a bush hungry unit. Very expensive to any other. I think they are unmatched in blade composition, motor strength and looks.

    If you are spending mucho time on shearing, then get the max. But you can get some seriosly good units from Sthil or Shindaiwa for at least $100 less.
    Im goanna get rich, how about you?

        Echo or Stihl, both work great.

          gm,
          I use a 30" Shindaiwa and love it. Cranks easily every time and I have never come across anything that it wouldn't cut. Although I'm not trying to cut down trees or anything with it mind you. &lt;grin&gt;

          And as far as backpack blowers out there, I use a Stihl BR420 backpack blower. Like the fact that the controls are on the blower tube. Easily flooded though if you don't crank it correctly. Haven't used the Echo or others to compare with.

            i use shindaiwa ht230 trimmers ive had them for 4 yrs now and have no problems with them. i also bought the trimmer attatchment that fits on my string trimmer for extended reach, its double sided but man its heavy and awkward to use. i havent used any other branda so i cant comment. i also use shindaiwa back pack blowers eb 480 and eb500, ive had the 480 since i started about 51/2 yrs ago ive put it through the mill, i have had to replace the throttle cable a couple times but thats minimal for the use it gets.

              <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">Ihave used the same redmax hedge-trimmer for the last 9 years and have had no trouble with it except sharpening the blade.and changing the plug.they give shrubbery a smooth and finished look.
              I went from a back pack blower to a robin /toro handheld blower cause the backpack got to heavy and if (I) use a backpack very long at a time the shoulder straps cut the blood off to my arms. (all my weedeaters are redmax too)[]
