that was what I was a thinking, the 2500hd really pulls better with less work than the 1500, not to mention the brakes last longer and the whole rig is safter. really the gas is not a factor as this is pased on in direct cost. I don't drive the big truck but those who do say it does make the becker bigger.

                  What' your ride

I just bought a Murray from Wal-Mart with a 38" cut and 12 hp . It works really well but it seems to take a long time to cut some of my customers yards. It seems like every two to three yards I have to even the deck back up, very time consuming . Are there better mowers on the market for the bus. How much would you charge with a mower like mine?

Are there better mowers than murray for the business? Hmmmm......let's think about that.

                        ......................

Nope, Murray is the best commercial mower on the market, I have NO clue why all these pros don't use them.

My first rider was actually a Murray, 42" 17HP, I/C. Thing was a tank, and got me through the first year so I could save for my 36" TTHP. The deck was a problem, so I hung it from chains, problems solved.

Do yourself a favor, get a full blown commercial mower ASAP!

P.S. Since wrecking the Chevy 1500 5.7 ltr, I'm stuck in a V6 Toyota. Does the job, but I can tell it's straining.

Ok it seems I have had a little help with my earlier post. It seems the last time I used this site on a public computer at work it kept me signed in. Couple of guys at work gave me a little help with that murray post, also with my personal informaiton. Oh well, i will get them back.

Well, either way, ficticious friends or not, (wink wink) jk, Murray has just recalled 93,000 mowers for leaky gas tanks that cause fires. Fires are bad for grass.

03 silverado 3500 dump with duramax diesel pulling 18ft enclosed with no problem, gas mileage is probably right around 17mpg. I can get just about 600 miles using both tanks.
