I know of several landscape companies that offer "interior" maintenance services to both residential and commercial customers ... window washing is one of those services that offers low investment and in some cases an "earned" per hour of $45.00 with small investment in equipment. -

Very low overhead, all you need is a squeege & a cup. Competition is becoming fierce & police crackdowns more common. Location is the key, but be sure not to jump an established squeegee's territory.
