What would you charge?

Hey all,
My Neighborhood association asked me to quote the common area and refurbishing the 2 entrances this spring. I looked at them and feel this is what it would take:

2 hrs to remove old materials
6 flats annuals
2 yards mulch
3 hrs to trim bushes

Will measure the common area but looks to be about 1/2 acre - nice flat, easy with 3 beds to mow around.
What would you guys charge for this? Thanks!

Around $500-$550 for the scaping. Around $40-$50 for the cut. Around here, I would be bidding more for that cut, but most would be around the $40-$50 range.

I did a little workup before posting & came up with 550. in large part to what you & others have taught me previously. Yes, I really would like to have the mowing since it's here in the hood.
