Im kinda upset to see that all the 2 cycle lawnboys are not being manufactured anymore. they are replacing them all with 4 cycle honda engines. Have any of you guys used one of these mowers? if so how do they hold up?

The reason they aren't being manufactured is because of CARB I and CARB II.
All small engine manufacturers have met tier I and are into tier II. In case you aren't familiar with these, it's the California air pollution standards that have to be met in order to sell anything with a small engine in CA. Everything must meet stiff standards and it's easier to discontinue making 2 cycle lawnmowers because in the tier 3 phase, everything sold in the US has to meet with CA specs. It's a rotten deal that CA dictates the standard to the rest of the country, but that is what the Feds allow.
Honda is good.
