I am hopping that you folks are not to sick of this but here goes. I called at lunch in re. lawn busin. for sale in the paper. Asked the guy if he would be interested in selling the accounts only. First he sain NO----Then YES---- I said How much? He said 30000. The bus. is listed @ 45000. Then the phone started getting a little fuzzzy and ha asked me to call him back tonite. The contracts< He said bring in 48000 per year. This is all a little much I think, The guy is all over town and has sold off the landscape portion 2 years ago and the dude that got it is dooing good! I know this is quick and dirty I am in a rush to meet a person. just wanted to get it started, be back later

Just keep in mind, that when customers get sold, at least half of them will jump ship immediately, just because they don't like being sold.
