Topsoil install and seed price?

Hey guys. I am curious to know what you all would charge on average for an area of 228' long, 4 feet wide and 4 inches deep (along driveway)to deliver and install top soil (priced by hand or equipment?), rake smooth, seed, mulch and water in. Just curious to see where anyone was at. Thanks alot.

Funny you should bring this up

I just got asked to bid on a job where a trash truck did damage over the winter along the side of a road. 100' long x 2' wide x 8" deep. I'm figuring 6 yards of screened topsoil, delivered for about $160. The cost of cellulose mulch/starter and seed will be about $20. I'm figuring 6 man hours to install, grade and compact the soil, and spread the seed and mulch. I'm figuring on bidding $500.
