Grass seed in OH

What brand and blend of grass seed do you Ohio guys use for new lawn installations?

I have a 27,500 sq ft unshaded lawn to install, and I'm debating on what type of seed to use.

Personally, I like Lesco's Great Lakes fecue blends as well as their Turf Type Tall fescues.
