Lawn Striping

Can lawn striping be harmful to certain types of grass? If so, which types of grass should not be striped.

I appreciate the help.

I have never seen any damage caused bu my chain striper.

I've never really heard of striping causing problems with grass. Make sure you are alternating directions every cut so you don't embed tire tracks into the lawn. I mainly cut cool season grasses so I can't help you much with what you are accustomed to mowing.
