  • anyone in georgia know the answer

    Hey everyone,
I live in Georgia and I understand that in order to get a chemical applicator license I must pass a test.
    O.K. No problem.
But to legally use this license I must also have a Chemical Contractors license.
In order to get the contractors license I must provide proof of financial responsibility.
What is meant by "proof of financial responsibility"?
Is that simply another way of saying I have to have liability insurance?
What about being bonded? Do I have to be bonded also?

the more I read the official documents from the state of Georgia the more confused I get.

    thanks for your help

I don't know about your question here but I tried to pm you back on your question to me and since I know very little about how to do stuff like that I don't know if I did it right or not. If not, try pming delasgh. He knows how I do it .
