I Have To Put A Quote On Mowing 2.5 Acres Grass Is About 8 To 10 Inches Tall It Is A 1 Time Deal. There Is Also About 15 Trees To Weedeat Around. I Also Have To Lightly Trim All 15 Trees I Was Thinking Around 300.00 For All Doe This Seem Out Of Line ?

160-180 based on what you said for a regular mow....8-12" tall....not sure I would even touch it....it's gonna kill your equipment....if you can just side discharge and they don't care what it looks like, then you are probably okay.
I turned down a residential yesterday that was .25 acres bit just like you described...he wanted to pay over 50.....wasn't worth my time.

i got an account last month , 2 acres,maybe 15 trees and the house to trim. the guy is in a wheelchair and he cut it but had not trimmed in a long time. i charged him $100 the first cut and $75 thereafter. he is happy and i feel good about it too. now we got another cut that is bi -weekly and last week the grass was tall and because of my stupidity it costs me $$$$$. i abused my exmark and burned the belt up which i posted in another thread. unless you have a tractor that can cut it i would stay away. if it is that high he is a cheapscape anyway. forget him!!!

8 to 10 inches tall is bush hog work. I agree with the others, you will kill your mower. Good chance you will throw or bend your deck and never cut level again. Now how much money would you loose. BTW it is more than likely Bahia Grass which is really hard on blades and mowers.
