estimate on 4 acres

I was called today for an estimate on 4 acres to mow only. The client said he will be moving in 3 weeks and would only like it mowed 2 or 3 times. He only wants the grass mowed and no trimming will be involved. Im going to look at the property tomorrow and have a guestimate of 180.00 if the property is wide open. I will be using a 52 ztr if anyone is interested. What do you think?

That's certainly resonable. Being a homeowner however I would try 150, just because they will come up with some thing like "JC that's almost 200". and if it proves to be pretty resonable mowing that would still be quick jack

$210-$240 is what im getting out of some. But some of them id do for $180 no problem . We use 61s on them.
