  • How Do I Price For Bushogging, Food Plots, Boxblading, Etc???

    Hello Everyone,
I am new here and I am so glad I found this forum. I am considering using my equipment to start trying to make some money with it instead of just using it at my own farm but I have no idea how to charge for the work. I was hoping someone here could give me some guidelines as to how to charge for bushogging, boxblading, driveways, wildlife food plots, tilling/seeding lots, etc...
I live in West Tennessee and I don't really know what the demand is for this type of work but I thought since I have the equipment, I might possibly make some money doing what I love to do. I have just about any piece of equipment I would need to do any odd tractor jobs from bushogging to putting in food plots to cutting and putting in driveways.
Any help which you can provide as far as pricing guidelines for this type of work would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks very much,
    BW69

      Thanks Again,

I've done some stuff like this & I charged $50.00 or more per hour. I'm in a rural area. You can usually get more $$ on food plots because its a luxury. Know what I mean?

Thanks to everyone for the information. This will give me a good starting point as to how to charge. My equipment arrived today so now all I need is my trailer and I am hoping it will be finished next week.

Any other advice or input is greatly appreciated.

              Thanks Again,
