  • Question about Phil's C.O.M.S.

Hello everyone! Im fairly new to the lawn and landscaping business as well as this website. This is my second year, and by my standards I am doing pretty good. Im 21 years old, just graduated with a Bachelors in Information Systems and Im moving on to a Masters in Turf Management. I have about 60 clients.

Anyway, I wanted to know if any of the members have purchased Phil's COMS. Was it worth it? Do you suggest someone in my situation (lower scale income...as of right now ) should purchase something expensive like this? Basically I just wanted some fedbacl of purchasers because I was contemplating buying it for myself. I just dont have $400 to throw away...and i hope Phil doesnt take offense to that.

Please, any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated!!

    NOOOO WINTERRRR!!!! :p

Bkramer, nothing wrong with looking for things that may help you get ahead. I would think the COMS system would be fine for someone in your shoes. Anything that gives you just a little info to jump in front of the competition is worth it.

If you feel that you need something, you probably DO! Not to sound rude or anything, but you may need it the most. Why? You have 60 clients but worried about the $400. Well, you may not be worried about spending it, I don't know. But if it gets you an advantage, it's better than spending $400 on a blower. I would think that a person in your situation would benefit at least $400 worth on it.

        Keep us posted.

If the "charity" is you ... you'd be able to quit the business and retire on it ... and then we would lose a valued forum member.

Phil i really dont need any of your money, but thanks for the though ,consideration, or whatever that was... I was only kidding to start with, but asked to see if you would actually reply. You havent replied to anything i asked over the last month so i thought you put me on your ignore list. I would have sent you a legitimate worthy cause, if i actually did somthing deserving of your great wealth but i have my finances well under control and that wasnt my intention. With all that money comming in why would a man in your position be a Kerry supporter who wants you to pay 80 percent tax on those book sales? TRANS .P.S, I am glad this affirmed i am not on your ignore list.

Roscoe will gladly take the 10%...

Roscoe's near financial ruin he's let this long legged fast talking feline kat from Ohio that wears a beautiful full body black fur with Tuna Skin High Heels take every dime, beer, bone & treat he's got. She ain't getting his blanket due to life time (Estate) trust I have in the blanket!

He lost his 401K9 money when Enron went belly up & Martha never said a word to him or the Kat.

Roscoe should have ran for President!
