Like jrservices replied, "YES". It's unfortunate that fertilizers, pesticides, and weed control products are even available to homeowners. I don't think anyone without a license, insurance and proper training should be able to buy lawn chemicals. Can't stand all the little activist groups running around crying about how we're messing up the environment. The main problem is homeowners and people without any knowledge in chemical apps. They think things like----If I mix this twice as strong it'll be twice as good------or, I'm not seeing any results and it's been a week....time to do another application.
Lets just make it simple for everyone who asks. If you're not licensed/insured/trained then stay away from chemical apps. You have no business messing around with this part of the industry.
