I called spcbtx today on my lunch break about getting a license to spread fertilizer and weed killer and she said I either have to be working for 12 months as an apprentice or have a degree in bio science to get a license in the state of texas.

Any suggestions?

Check with the local TDA (Texas Dept of Agriculture) office. They can get you headed in the right direction.
