a fert and squirt software will be available before christmas. it will allow a try before you buy upto 15 customers. It will only be available thru this website to help support the cost of this forum for grassmaster so he can keep this wonderful help site on line.

Any more info on this software? Does it have intigrated billing? Does it process credit cards?

I am in the process of looking towards a lawncare software program.

I want it to take care of scheduling and tracking applications, mowing, pruning and other services that need to be scheduled in advance as well as be able to update beteween lap top in truck to computer in office.

I want to be able to charge directly to the customer's credit card on file and not have to handle the information twice.

I plan on billing credit cards per service on my non contract mowing and fert and squirt only customers like T.J. is doing. It seems to work well for him and there is not much collections to do if they are on a short leash. Allot of people around here want to play the game and this will help eliminate that.

I am running Quick Books and you can do all the accounting and credit card billing from there but it does not do the scheduling or tracking of work to be done.

We have about 150 mowing customers with fert and weed control right now and it is getting to be a little too much to track. Plus we are looking to add about 50 more mowing and 150-200 fert and squirt to that and would like to get a program to handdle it all.

Is any one running q-clip? It looks as if it will add what I am looking for.

no it does not have credit card processing.

it does have integrated billing with service dates both simple ( dow service and advanced scheduling. the new fert amd squirt is an add on to the current version. it will have more detail explantions for service to track chemical apps and a perm record for the government..... will allow advanced scheduling by manual input or by area ie subdivision or zip code (all 33960 schedule for week of Jan 5th) or phone exchange 425 or alll in subdivision whatever....
