I would like to help you out, but each State is different and my state has no requirement for invoicing.

You will more than likely have to prepare a contract. Most states require you enter into a signed contract, although I don't know about your state.

Go to your local county extension office and they should be able to tell you what is required in your state. As for a copy of an invoice, call some local companies out to your property and have them give you a quote.

Brand and EPA reg #
amount applied
Location of site
M/D/YY
Copy to be provided to customer within 30 days of application.
