10-10-10withmicro nutrients2-3 #/k is what we use as a starter for cool season grasses.also use it in the hydroseeder and overseeding. I would not try putting anymore than that on exsisiting grass/overseed without a soil test .Dont know your specifics ,but theres a few guys from your neck of the wood that visit here.local advice is best.
