I own and operate in Toronto Can. This is the first year of a pesticide ban in the city. The ban also includes 2-4d or any other weed killers. I am also in a debate on a forum about the usage of these products for cosmetic reasons. My question is are there any pesticide bans anywhere in the U.S.

There many bans on many different pesticides. The EPA (federal) is the big dog saying what can be used in the country, and each state has jurisdiction that can further ban some pesticides that are federally legal.

Yes I understand that. We have bans on some products also. We banned clorpyrofos after you did. But my question is more about a municipal ban on any use of pesticides or herbicides for cosmetic reasons. As an example you are not allowed to spray for weeds or for insects within the city of Toronto.
