I'll be sending it through the mighty computer before the 26th of December. I'm leaving for Costa Rica then and don't want to think about work until I get back.

I learned this from the local DEC guy. As you know when you fill out the forms and you can't abbreviate anything, the reason is they box everything up and ship it over to China. They have data entry people looking at the letters and inputting them into the computer. Then the reports are sent back to the DEC and Cornell.

I think Jerry in Albany told me the same thing. Makes no sense to me. Beauracratic bs.
