I saw some products that can be applied to plants and shubs that will make them nice and yet slow down their growth dramatically. Does anybody know anything about them or who sells them ???

now that would depend..........
what would the cost of the product be and the time involved in apps. and getting the stuff ? i could see it in a weed infested field or something like that but not on shrubs or grass. i don't know anything about the stuff so i guess i'm just blabbing anyway. educate me college boy.....Originally posted by MASTERMOWER View PostIn the form of a contract, minimizing growth means more money.

Who said to STOP growth!?
The title of this thread, "How can I SLOW down growth."
Man, if you have some high profile contract where you'd have to put 2-3 guys on a site for a couple days a months either taking care of suckers, hedge pruning, groundcover trimming, etc, it might just be in the companys advantage to spray Embark or Atrimmec. Expensive? Yes, but it might actually save on labor while fattening the boss's pockets.
Now for most of us lowly lawn turds using a growth regulator would be dumb.
All I'm saying is it has it's place...........otherwise growth regulators wouldn't be on the market.

Ok I misunderstood. I agree regulators can be used to increase profit.Originally posted by MASTERMOWER View PostWho said to STOP growth!?
