Two days in a row and I've seen someone getting questioned by the pesticide police. Should weed out the unlicenced and unregistered pretty quick if this keeps up.

GOOD LUCK, I gave up on unlicensed guys a long time ago and no longer care. My state gets happy about every 3 years and has a big crack down slapping hands. Then a week later 30 more newbie show up with Home Cheapo products. Most of them really think they aren't doing anything illegal or their $ 35 county mowing license covers them. BTW don't get too happy. The Pesticide Police have your Name and Address. After they can't find illegals they come after the Licensed.
What really made me mad was a HMO common ground that I bid. A homeowner, a retired Michigan CPO decided to do it him self. He should Darn well know better. But what really got me was when I was doing his neighbors lawn he had the Gull to ask my advise on a problem he was having. I informed him nicely, My consulting fees started at $ 100. I believe he got the message

I never really cared but this year they are cracking down on everyone. I know someone who owns a repair shop that has been visited twice to check on automotive waste liquids and now that spring is here they are going after any vehicle that has a spreader and no registered pesticide business sticker. I guess they need money.

Ron Howard: Is that... vodka... and wheat grass?
Homer: It's called a "lawnmower". I invented it. Want one?

Unfortunately your North East liberal Tree Hugger have make their way to Florida. While we are not yet as bad as New York, It isn't far off.

Sure is funny how many you see going around with spreaders, but, no orange stickers on the trucks. Does irritate me sometimes, seeing as we jump thru all the hoops, & they don't.Originally posted by 1Chavez View PostI never really cared but this year they are cracking down on everyone.
