  • 2.5 gal of Glyphosate is as much as a barrel of oil

kill-zall 2.5 gal concentrate went from 74.99 to 129.99 at the local feed store. I could buy a barrel of oil for that price

Buying from the FEED store is half your problem...

What's yer point? What should matter is what you're profiting off those 2 1/2 gallons of concentrate once applied.

You yuppies have a way of bi+chin' bout' cost on products when it don't even matter. Pass the costs onto your customers. :alien:

The point is having to notify customers about prices needing to be adjusted. I only did a handful recently to help with rising costs. Prices of supplies change constantly. I'm sure you raise your prices everytime gas price changes too eh? Which customer did you choose to pass the cost of your gay roundup doodling in the lawn to?

I think his point was that his product has jumped up in price 60% or so??

Get a hobby Mastermower or this industry will consume you.

Yeah prices change constantly. I hope you don't formulate your pricing with product costs predicted on the low side???? I paid for the round-up art in the back art. It's nice to be a rich lawn ape.

Have you found a new supplier yet? I can point you in a few directions......

even at $129/2.5 gal, you still make a small fortune with that much product.

I actually bought ranger pro from a local lawn repair shop for 104.99. I usually went to lesco, but for some reason the local lesco dealer closed. Right now I'm only using it for weed control on the maintenance customers I have, so their costs are the same month after month. I did raise rates on a lot of my maintenance customers with weed control though recently.

I'm sure you know that JDL bought Lesco and they might have combined the two stores.

Yesterday: grossed $182 on 10.25 oz of QuikPro. That chit is expensive, but I ain't complaining. Customers don't either as they don't have to wait 7-14 days for complete kill if I used 41% glyphosate.
