Has anybody found a reliable residential/lt commerical fertilizer injector system? If so, please post brand and webpage.
I'm currently using Bio-Green which is a very simple system but I'm weary on the reliablity.

Injectors getting clogged at ground level or is it the pumping system?

Bio-green has very small and easily collapsable feed/suction hoses, and if it gets clogged up, the tank will burst (been there done that)and the next thing you know your customer's yard is flooded.
Once again I'm looking for an actual injection system rated for residential/lt. commerical that can be contained possibly in a large irrigation box out of site. I've used the large 35-40gal tanks that sit above ground which where designed for iron stain control but that system doesn't fair to well with the, how shall I say higher end neighborhoods.

ok I'll answer my own question. I finally found a fertilizer injector that seems to be a wee bit more reliable and is now being distributed in PC, FL.

Sorry Phil I didn't quite read your question correctly.
I had installed the bio-green system, put in some lawn soap and the customer put some other chemical, I suspect Atrazine. The way it works is through suction/pressure. It has a small tube which is installed upstream of the reservior which is receives water from. It then passes through the tiny hose to the reservior, pressurizes(sp?)the reservior then it then sends it out the feed line down stream of the reservior to the manifold and out the heads.
Well his standing pressure is about 65psi with surges up to 80. Well I can only assume that the atrazine melted the little plastic feed hose, then the system surged and blew the top off the reservior. My fault for not installing a pressure reducer upstream, lesson learned. The reservior can only stand up to 75psi.
