Fertilizing/Spraying

When do you generally fertilize. I live in s.e. texas. dont really stay cold long. And what do I do to get lisenced in spraying pesticides. Where can I find out more on both.

You should go to your local County extionsion office or call the Texas state board of Ag. they can give you all the info. you should need to obtaining a licence, And any recommended info. on treatments through out your season.
