  • Anybody spray VINEAGER on Zeroscapes?

    [?] Saw a organic product for soil sterlization and it contained vineager and soap.....
    It's supposed to change ph to akaline and nothing will grow. Anybody use anything like this?

    The vinegar that you want is not the stuff that you buy in the grocery store. It is something like 6%. Go to a feed or farm supply store. Thgere you can get the 10 or 20 % vinegar. It burns the weeds/grasses and the 20% can burn your skin, so be careful with it. The soap acts as a sticker.

      So what applications were you using this in? Were you spraying around a Japaneese Maple or Fenceposts? Did you do a soil soak or did you just wet foliage? I use surfactants with all my aps just because we're either Raining or we have a Drought ( Drift ). I want to use it in a planting bed on emerging dicots and horsetail, I don't expect the miracle horsetail cure-all.....but on emerging weeds maybe it will work..... [?]
