I would like to know peoples knowledge of 90+ heat and applying liqiud fertilizer. The fertilizer being applied is urea in liquid form.

Fertilizing what? If you are talking about grass, do not do it. The plant will not absorb the fertilizer when that hot and worse yet you could burn the lawn. Urea is a fast acting form of nitrogen. Be careful with it. Dilute half of what the manufacturer reccommends.
