  • ChemLawn Rates

Does anyone how what chemlawn or other nothern climate lawn care applicators are using for rates of N during the summer when they're spraying there liquid application? I.E. Are they only putting down .25lbs of N/1000 sq. ft or higher or lower?

Technicly they should be applying it at label rates.

It is not uncommon for them to apply a half pound or so of urea or "N" per 1000 sq/ft per an application and visit your lawn 16 times year applying that much.

I just wouldnt worry about chem lawn is doing really. Most people dont know this but they have crews that only re install lawns that they burn up.Do you really wanna follow them. Also they skimp on everything. Theyre techs work on large commisions and they have daily goals. the goals are not measured in sq. ft. but $$$$. I know for a fact they love droughts because they can justify reducing theyre rates by 85%. They are bad news and ill say it to any of them. They are however a good place to work for someone thinking about industry. Theyre training programs are top notch.

TGCL is not a lawn care company, they are a marketing company.
