  • Our state sucks ......

Just got the news in the mail. Commercial applicator licenses are going from $100 to $200 a year, Pesticide business licenses are going from $450 for three years to $900 for three years. ***!!!!!!! I think I am going to put my ICPI & NCMA certifications to use, & get out of pesticides. It's a money grab in this state, legal robbery. Geez.....

Got the same shock in this morning's mail. It's crazy. When was this vote and why didn't anyone object to it? Had I known a little earlier I would have renewed everything before April. NY State scumbags. I'm thinking of putting "DEC surcharge" on invoices but hate the idea.

Ron Howard: Is that... vodka... and wheat grass?
Homer: It's called a "lawnmower". I invented it. Want one?

      I understand your grief...

That's $500 per year. Around $200 for me. But $500 murders your profits spraying and such? :alien:

Either way you pass the cost onto your customers. Ain't like you'd be the only one doing it. :alien::alien::alien:

You Can Always Move To Hooterville....

pesticide business is $50. fertilizer business is $50. applicator license is $70. i think you have to have $300k insurance. i'm not sure on that but i carry a million anyway. only other thing is you re-cert every two years. it's cheap and easy in hicksville. even the YardRat could do it here.
