Making the big jump.

I'm eliminating my mowing and going strictly Fert and Squirt. ( I have a buyer )
Going onto my forth year and I'm ready. I'm presently having a new shop built to accomondate my spray rig, fertilizer storage and a small storage locker for my chemicals.
Finally, I'll be able to do what I passionally love. To survive the winter Months I'm keeping my Christmas Installs and promoting more Landscape lighting.
Wish me luck, I'm going into familuar territory, only this time, I'm going into it on my own.

Yes, good luck to you - there is definately profit there. How do you see yourself compared to the big boys? Are you able to compete on price or quality?

I don't compair in price at all. In fact I'm 20%, to 30% more. Quality? With other companies here , this is an over exasurated term loosely give only lip service.
I would rather say, experience enough to get the lawn looking as good if not better than my competition.
It's a little scary though,.......................I know making up for the loss revenue in mowing will be something to contend with. But, I'm excited to taking the risk. Eventually, I would like to see 5 people one day working for me. Hah, dreams....................................! Well, it's a start!...
