i have this yard, four year customer, never had brown patch. she has it only in the front which is on a pretty good bank. the front is not very thick and stays dry due to run-off. the back is pretty much flat, super thick grass, and moist. i don't do heavy nitrogen apps in the spring. it hasn't really been hot here although it has been wet. i'm baffled on this one. if anything, the back should have it because of the conditions. any thoughts...........

and list them for prime conditions for a rhizoctonia disease, this one would be at the bottom of the list. i have another that is pretty much the same layout except that her front has the morning sun and her back stays wet. i don't do the chemicals on this one but do know the guy goes crazy with his fert. her front is eaten up big time and her back is disease free. as you said, it can strike anywhere.
