My county doesn't offer an applicators license??

I called the county extension office today and as stated above my county does not offer an applicators license.....whats the best thing to do to cover my *** go to the next county and get a license, or do I even need one for my county??

i would think it was a state issued license.

thanks for the help....im a newb to fert and pest applications if you cant tell....do all other services right now except fert and pest applications....i called the next county over and they offer classes and the testing. just waiting on a call back!
