  • Ok...who is guilty?

    Monday....

Licensed exterminator. Spraying for insects at a customers house. Dude's PPE: long sleeve shirt (sleeves rolled up no less), long pants, no gloves, no safety glasses. Also keep his sprayer inside the cab of his truck...front passenger side. Seems safe enough.

    That's not soooooooooo bad eh?

This morning, spot a college jock employed by a big time local landscape co spraying weeds in a parking lot. What is he wearing you ask? Cargo shorts, sleeveless shirt, tennis shoes (at least he wasn't wearing flip flops), no gloves, and sunglasses.

I guess the pesticide cop around here is lazy or something. :alien::alien::alien:

i think the guy told me they have 6 for the whole state. i might be wrong. he also said they look for more serious violations like unlabeled tanks. (the big ones) that being said, the website used to show all violations, big and small.
